Two eggs prepared to order: Served with your choice of bacon, ham or sausage plus toast and grits or home-style potatoes.

Fried or scrambled egg, topped with cheddar cheese and your choice of either bacon, ham or sausage on the bread/bagel of your choice or carb-friendly wrap.

Chicken Salad Plate
Mixed with the freshest ingredients and served on a bed of crisp salad mix. Garnished with cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs and a pickle spear.
Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad
Fresh romaine lettuce tossed with our homemade Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese and croutons. Topped with your choice of either fresh-grilled chicken breast or tuna steak.
Chef Salad
Fresh salad mix piled high with ham, turkey and cheese. Garnished with sliced cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs and bacon.

The Trail's featured soup! White beans and chicken in spicy chili.
Grilled Caesar Wrap
Filled with our fresh Caesar Salad, diced tomatoes and your choice of either fresh-grilled chicken breast or tuna steak and served with fresh fruit.

Our version of this classic starts with fresh wheat or white bread piled high with ham, turkey, bacon, Swiss and cheddar cheeses, lettuce, tomatoes and mayonnaise.

Corned beef and kraut topped with Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing. Served grilled on rye bread with a kosher pickle.
Caribbean Chicken Sandwich
Marinated, grilled chicken breast served on a French loaf, and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, melted Swiss cheese and bacon. Served with a side of spicy Caribbean sauce and kosher pickle.
Muffaletta
A unique sandwich on famous Gambino's Italian Bread layered with ham, Genoa salami, provolone and olive salad. We serve it with a warm kosher pickle.
