To better serve you and enhance your booking experience, we are moving to an online-only tee time reservation system beginning June 1, 2026.

Who Does This Apply To?

This policy applies to all public golfers looking to book tee times inside of 7 days, all Trail Card holders and Annual Members looking to book inside of 11 days, and all Platinum Members looking to book inside of 14 days at any of our RTJ Golf Trail courses.

All Package and Group golfers will continue to be booked through RTJ Reservations, by phone or email.

What Is Changing?

• All advance tee times must now be booked through our website, mobile app or RTJ Reservations.
• We will no longer accept advance tee time reservations over the phone in the golf shop.
• Same-day tee times may still be booked by calling the golf shop, subject to availability.

Why This Change?

Moving to an online-only system helps ensure that you receive the exact date, time, and course you want - without the risk of human error that can occur during high volumes in the golf shop. This system provides real-time availability and immediate confirmation, giving you greater control and confidence in your reservation, and it will also improve the on-site customer experience by reducing wait times and providing better, personal interaction with the customer.

Our mobile app is also a fast and convenient way to browse availability and book your tee times anytime, from anywhere.
