Hole #1 Par 5 578 524 500 418 359

The first hole of the Azalea course is a long par-5 that plays slightly uphill. A large bunker pinches in the fairway in the layup area. The green falls away steeply in front and right.

Hole #2 Par 4 396 362 330 296 242

Hole No. 2 is a short par-4. The fairway doglegs sharply to the right around a bunker, so it is best to play your tee shot short of the dogleg to leave yourself a mid- to short-iron approach to a green surrounded by bunkers.

Hole #3 Par 4 425 396 351 319 303

Swing away on the tee of the par-4 third hole. The fairway is wide and has ample room in the landing area. Three large bunkers must be avoided with the approach to find the green in two.

Hole #4 Par 3 176 147 134 121 62

The fourth hole is a lovely par-3 over water. Hole No. 4 has a wide green, and the angle and distance of the tee shot can vary dramatically depending on which side of the green the flag is on.

Hole #5 Par 4 355 312 284 241 205

Take an iron on the tee of the fifth hole. A long drive will only risk finding the water, so play safe and find the fairway on this short par-4. Your approach will need to carry water, but there is room over the back of the green, so miss long.

Hole #6 Par 5 578 527 486 397 355

Make sure you find the fairway off the tee on the par-5 sixth hole because your second shot will need to either carry or stay left of the water guarding the layup area. Take plenty of club with your approach to avoid three bunkers guarding the front of the green.

Hole #7 Par 3 220 198 184 153 117

The par-3 seventh hole has a tee shot through a chute of trees to a green protected by two large bunkers short. The green is not very deep, so make sure to choose the correct club off the tee.

Hole #8 Par 4 466 425 401 354 298

The difficulty on Hole No. 8 comes not off the tee, but from the fairway. Your approach shot has little room for error because the fairway and green slopes steeply downhill on the right side of the hole. Two bunkers guard the green.

Hole #9 Par 4 334 319 283 256 221

The par-4 ninth hole is a slight dogleg left. Play your drive down the left-center of the fairway to avoid the bunker on the right. A bunker and water guard the front of the green, but there is more room past it than it appears from the fairway.

Hole #10 Par 4 423 389 374 346 299

The tenth tee sits above the fairway and you will need to play your tee shot down the left side of the hole. Bunkers guard the right side of the fairway and the green is guarded by another bunker on the left.

Hole #11 Par 5 503 484 461 394 323

The eleventh hole is an uphill par-5 that plays longer than the listed yardage. A bunker sits to the right of the fairway and you should avoid it with your second shot. Take an extra club with your approach to the green.

Hole #12 Par 4 431 408 383 351 317

Do not leave your tee shot too far to the left on the par-4 twelfth hole as trees will block out your approach to the green. Instead, play down the right side of the fairway to leave the best angle for your approach.

Hole #13 Par 3 195 177 152 129 108

The par-3 thirteenth hole plays slightly uphill so you will need to factor that in to your club selection. A tee shot left will more than likely find sand.

Hole #14 Par 5 538 484 474 412 374

Hole No. 14 is the signature hole at Lakewood Club. Play your layup shot to a comfortable yardage because your approach shot is to a green with no room for error.

Hole #15 Par 3 193 151 134 106 63

The fifteenth hole is a par 3 with little room for error. You will need to avoid the marsh and sand short of the green with your tee shot.

Hole #16 Par 4 479 429 353 295 277

Split the fairway bunkers on the sixteenth hole and try to gain a few extra yards with your drive to shorten the approach. The green is angled away from the fairway.

Hole #17 Par 4 474 425 385 347 319

Find the fairway off the tee of the par-4 seventeenth hole because your approach shot will need to carry three bunkers to avoid a dreaded long bunker shot. Another bunker guards the left side of the green.

Hole #18 Par 4 438 416 397 337 297

Hole No. 18 is one of the longest par-4s on the Azalea course. Your tee shot needs to stay right of a large tree on the left side of the fairway that will block any approach to the green. Bunkers protect the front of the green and will catch any shot left short or long.
