In order to reserve a tee time at Lakewood Golf Club, a corresponding room night at the Grand Hotel is required. There is a $10 surcharge for each round on the Judge at Capitol Hill, unless otherwise noted. Replay rounds in unlimited golf specials must be played at same Trail site. Some restrictions may apply.
